When we finally decided to purchase a property in Turkey we did some research on the internet and came across Deep Blue Villas website, we eventually contacted Richard and the process of buying in Turkey got under way. Right from the word go he made us feel very comfortable with the whole process, Richard gave us an in depth knowledge of all the little extras there would be, so we finally decided to visit Turkey in October 2007 and met up with Fatih. After Fatih showed us several properties we finally decided on buying a resale property which needed some renovation, I must say once we said yes to buying the property Fatih sorted every little detail out for us including the solicitor, buying the furniture, renovation and the renovation costs, we could not fault the whole process of buying a property in Turkey with this company, they have made it very simple. We went to Turkey and met with Fatih, who not only made us feel very comfortable in his company but gave us a great insight into how Turkish people are very honourable and trustworthy and in the process of buying our home and having it renovated, found all this to be true. I have found Fatih extreamly helpful throughout the time I was purchasing my property in Turkey. He was able to organise many properties for me to view in my price range. He organised builders to renovate the property I purchased in the end and oversaw the building progress. Even after the completion, Fatih has been no end of help to me with regards to payments of taxes and complex management fees etc. It would have been a big struggle to sort everything out myself. When I visited the Bodrum peninsula in June, the local property knowledge provided by Fatih proved wholly reliable and accurate. And, on several occasions since my visit, we have phoned you with issues that could have become complicated and much more time consuming (or even impossible) if we had attempted to see them through from the UK. Instead, your support, and Fatih's, locally has enabled such matters to be resolved without fuss. I mean for example liaison with the builder and the lawyer, overcoming language problems at all times, selecting furniture and kitchen goods, etc.

What a great time we had viewing property in Turkey. Fatih took such pains to look after us and make sure the process ran smoothly.
